In our family, soup held in high esteem at any time of the year. But sometimes summer gets boring there is only cold soups. It was therefore decided to experiment and try to make a warm soup refreshing. And it was a success on all hundred! The combination of warm soup and cold ice cream - an unusual and very interesting. During lunch, the ice cream melts and turns into a filling soup. It turns out that start to eat a soup, and by the end it changes the taste. The composition of the soup can be any which are closer to you. And with ice cream you can also experiment, for example, replacing the spinach with another herb, and sour cream into cream or yogurt. Cooking
The first thing you need to make ice cream. Spinach wash, dry and a little grind in a blender.
Add sour cream and beat until smooth.
Pour into a container and put in the freezer until complete freezing. Every half hour should be stirred to form crystals, and the ice cream was smooth.
Start cooking the soup. Chop the onion, celery and garlic. If of garlic to get the heart (the arrow), you can avoid unpleasant mouth odor.
In a deep skillet, heat olive oil, put onion.
When it becomes translucent, add the garlic and celery. Fry until onion is light it will turn brown.
Add potatoes and zucchini, chopped into cubes. Fry all together for 2 minutes.
Add clean water. When it boils, reduce the heat to a light bubbling, salt, pepper, add dried herbs and tormented for 30-40 minutes. Ready the soup, taste for salt, if necessary doselevel. Whisk in a blender until smooth.
Imposed on the plates, the soup, season with olive oil and ground pepper. In each plate put a scoop of ice cream. And rather served to the table until it melted.
