Salad
Light and fresh salad from simple ingredients. Salad is safe to eat even during the diet. The recipe of the salad I "stole" from the student cafeteria. Before I tried it, I never thought that in the dining room you can find something tasty and healthy, they surprised me (here is the salad now and the name).

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    300 g

  • Daikon

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Sour cream

Cooking

Walnuts fry in a clean pan. Leave to cool.

Cut cucumbers.

Cut radishes.

Grind the eggs and mix everything together.

The nuts are cleaned from films and grind, but not very finely.

On the plate put the salad on top dressed with sour cream, sprinkle with nuts. Add salt to taste. Season the salad better before serving. All a pleasant appetite!!!
