I must say that the bread I bake all the time in the bread maker, and only recently started baking in the oven. So you can safely knead the dough and bake it using the bread machine. So, in warm milk add the yeast and allow to stand for 5-10 min to dissolve.
Next add the sugar, salt and add the flour. Then add the softened butter and thoroughly knead the dough. The dough should be soft and tender, not stick to hands.
Round off the dough cover with a towel and leave to rise somewhere for 1 hour. The dough should increase in 1,5-2 times.
Coming up the dough a little knead and leave to rest. Then roll out the dough a little, turn a tight roll and zasiyaet region. Put the workpiece in the form preliminary greased with butter or margarine. Leave the bread to come 30 minutes - 1 hour.
