Cooking
I knead the dough in the bread maker, so I added all the products in the order listed. If you knead by hand, then sift the flour, add salt. Dissolve the yeast in 1/4 Cup of milk, let rise the foam and pour the flour. Add the remaining milk, egg and finally the oil. Knead soft, elastic dough. Cover and let rise in a warm place until increased in volume by 2 times.
Sugar mix with vanilla and cocoa. The butter will melt.

Form pre-grease with butter and sprinkle with sugar with cocoa.
Dip each ball in melted butter, then in mixture of sugar and cocoa, lay in a circle in shape. Cover with film and leave in a warm place until dough will increase in size twice.
Bake until done at 190 gr. Allow to cool slightly in the form and overturn on a dish (this will be the top). Is it better warm.
The bread is sweet, while baking, the sugar melts and coats the bread. Insanely delicious and chocolate.
