Fresh blueberries gives us a keen eye and a good spirit. I suggest you make this wonderful dessert. Blueberries sold and in the winter frozen, so cook this dessert at any time of the year. I want to give this beautiful cake to my beloved girlfriend, Eroshenko, which celebrates a Birthday today!

Cooking
Let's start with the dough. There is no photo of the yoghurt. From this set of products the dough cookies are very delicate.
Flour mixed with baking powder, add the vegetable oil, RUB.
Add the cane sugar from the company Mistral, mix well.
Add the yogurt, egg and salt.
And knead soft, pliable dough. If necessary, you can add a bit more flour.
The oven to turn on to preheat to 200 degrees. Distribute the dough in the baking dish, making high sides.
Bake 20-30 minutes, until tender, be guided by your oven. Ready cake cool.
While the cake cools, make cream cheese filling. I used cream cheese, but equally delicious and get fat cottage cheese.
Gelatin cover with water and let stand for a bit. If you are using gelatin powder, you need 20 grams.
In a bowl put cottage cheese, sour cream and sugar.
Beat with a mixer until smooth.
Blueberry punch blender. The blueberry pieces add half of the curd mass.
The cream is heated to very warm (I did this in the microwave), to the cream add the squeezed out gelatine, stir until it dissolves. If necessary more heat to gelatin dispersed.
Half of the cream with gelatin to add to the white cheese mass, the other half to a blueberry. Mix both masses, as it should.
On the cooled cake turns to pour white and blueberry a mass about two or three tablespoons.
Toothpick to make a drawing, put in the refrigerator at least two hours, I left for the night.
Of the remaining cottage cheese mixture, I made this cobbler.
Before serving, the cake can be decorated jelly and blueberries.
