Cucumbers with red currant
So, I continue the series of their experiments. This time pickles with currants. A recipe from the book "Collection of KP. Cucumbers. "

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 kg

  • Red currants

    250 g

  • Garlic

    1 piece

  • Dill

    4 piece

  • Water

  • Salt

    25 g

  • Vodka

    20 ml

After put the cucumbers (previously washed of course)and currants. And do 3-fold pattern (I don't like sterilization). After you drain the water in a saucepan, bring to boil and pour over cucumbers for 5-10 minutes.

After drain again, now add water, salt, bring to a boil. Now the recipe was not specified vinegar. And I was afraid to close the Bank just like that. So I took and added directly into the jar 20 ml. of vodka. After you pour the boiling brine, Bank roll, flip and allow to cool. If you have used banks to wrap up, don't problems, they can wrap, but I never do.
