Plus bonus! I love meringue, but do not like to waste time on it. First long beat, and then long outside the oven. No, it's not for me. Recently discovered a recipe for meringues in the microwave. It is the same crispy and delicious. So there is no need to whisk, just mix all ingredients and put in microwave. Ready! Meringue is a more sweet and crisp than usual. But it just fits perfectly in desserts. So as a bonus - a berry dessert with meringue.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

  • Powdered sugar

    170 g

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 tsp
