Meat-Petrovsky
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Surprise called "Meat-Petrovsky in the pot" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Meat

    600 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    80 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

Cooking

Dried mushrooms to soak in cold boiled water for 3 hours. Then rinse thoroughly and boil for 20 minutes. Strain the broth and not to pour out.

Mushrooms cut into strips. Fry in a pan in vegetable oil, add 5 - 6 tablespoons of mushroom broth. (I added chopped onion).

Dissolve the flour in half Cup of mushroom broth (the broth must be cooled) and pour the mushrooms into the pan. Let boil 1 minute until thick. Remove the sauce from heat.

In this step, somehow I got no pictures. Meat cut into strips, fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion until soft.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Put it on the bottom of the pots, add salt.

Sprinkle meat with onion, add to pot with 2 tablespoons of water.

The last layer of mushroom sauce and pieces of butter. Cover the pots with lids and place in preheated oven for 40-45 minutes at temp. 200°C.
