Pasta with mussels in a creamy sauce

Ingredients

  • Mussels

    500 g

  • Spaghetti

    400 g

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Garlic

  • Basil

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Cheese

Thaw mussels, rinse under running water. Put in pan with vegetable oil. Simmer on low heat until then, until almost all the juice has evaporated (about 7 minutes).

Tomatoes grate. The chopped tomatoes add to the mussels. Season with salt and pepper. Add some Basil and 1-2 crushed cloves of garlic. Simmer on low heat for 3-4 minutes.

Add the cream, try the salt, if necessary add. Bring to boil, boil for a few minutes.

Boiled spaghetti to put in the pan with the sauce, mix well.
