Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Minced meat

    600 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Pepper

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

Cut the cabbage and fry for 5 minutes with carrots and onion (you can add bell pepper optional) in a small amount of vegetable oil

Boil the rice until half ready, mix with minced meat. Salt. Pepper.
