I love potato dumplings, sooner mommy every weekend I sculpted them for me, now I'm very well sprawley in the kitchen, and very nice when mom cooks for you, like when we were kids... unfortunately the male half of these dishes is not very spoils, and here is a nice family Saturday lunch, which brought together all of our big and friendly family: my parents and sister... my mom was cooking here's a roll... hitting all of us... and not spending a lot of time... So today my mom DEBUT.... the first time I didn't take the photograph yourself:-D!!!! We expect you for dinner!!!!!

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for the dough, add as much flour to get a pliable, soft nekrutoe dough.
For the filling, beef cut into small cubes and fry until half-cooked with your favorite spices. Potatoes also cut into cubes, onion finely. Add salt definitely black pepper and butter.
Divide the dough into 4 parts(the number of sectors in a double boiler). Roll out thinly, about 5 mm.
Spread the filling, but not reaching the edges of 3-4 cm.
Tighten neatly into a roll, semiplan region.
Put a steamer on fire when the water boils...
...install the section with the rolls, and cook for 40-50 minutes.
For fans, mantas, meat and potatoes - the dish is spot-on, the dough is very tender, the stuffing for me - VKUSA!!!! For me, my mother's steamer...like the best time of my...we're very often used together used it....mommy struck both sovih future sons-in-law his manta... steamer we have as a family member....for many years she fed us different delicacies made by the most lovely family and my mom's favorite pens!!! And the dishes seem more delicious when we will come out as an opportunity like this to come TOGETHER!!!!
