Recipe borrowed from Jamie Oliver. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside delicious halloumi.
Ingredients

Cooking
Halloumi cut into slices with a width of 1 cm.
Sesame seeds to sprinkle on the cheese and the Board.
Hand to press the sesame seeds into cheese.
In a pan on medium heat, heat olive oil. Put the slices of halloumi. Between the slices add the garlic.
Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
