Dietary roulade of chicken breast for the holiday table
As a rule, the holidays, and especially Christmas, add extra pounds. Well, if willpower and complexion allow them to quickly reset after the holidays. But for those who are not so lucky, but who wants delicious to spend the holidays with minimal harm to the figures, offered this mouth-watering appetizer of chicken breast!

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    700 g

  • Dried apricots

    9 piece

  • Orange

    0.5 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

My favorite marinade of soy sauce - an emulsion of soy sauce, vegetable oil and freshly ground black pepper. Sometimes there is added honey. Actually, it turns out quite a universal thing. In this emulsion not only can you marinate meat or poultry, but use, for example, smearing of meat, poultry, fish during baking for a beautiful crust. Take note of this emulsion. It can be useful for cooking many dishes.

In a container pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and vegetable oil (I had corn). Add freshly ground black pepper. Bring down with a fork, whisk or silicone brush to a condition emulsii
