Gala dinner should be finished with a delicious dessert. Dessert... mmmm... that sounds magical and delicious... Shock-manzhe will bring you the perfect pleasure with its velvety, chocolate flavor. Frozen this dessert resembles ice cream, and when it melts a bit, it is rather a souffle. So... for dessert!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    75 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cognac

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Eggs to wash up well. Separate the yolks from the whites. I separate each protein separately into a Cup, and then pour in the bowl of a mixer.

Add to the whites a pinch of salt and beat in a solid foam.

Add in the beaten egg whites icing sugar and beat again until stiff peaks.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. The bottom of the pot in which you heated the chocolate should not touch the water.

Beat the soft butter with the yolks. Should get lush, creamy mass. I do this in a saucepan with hot water, which I heated the chocolate. So the oil get whipped easily and quickly.

In the butter cream add the brandy and melted chocolate. Mix well.

The chocolate add 1/3 protein mass and mix gently from the bottom up. Proteins are added first, partially, that they're well accustomed, and the result was great.

You can now enter the remaining whites and stir into a homogeneous mass by folding. The mixture should be uniform, fluffy and soft. Sort kremanki and decorate to taste. Put bowl in the freezer for 2 hours, and then enjoy the taste. Dessert you can make in advance and store in the freezer. Have a good mood!
