A dessert made from semolina, almonds in sugar syrup
Moderately sweet dessert in Oriental style. Impossible to put down-so tender and delicious!!! Easy to prepare, and all ingredients available. Recipe from the Cook of my beloved girlfriend Natalia. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    500 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Almonds

    70 g

  • Water

    500 ml

  • Sugar

    250 g

Semolina and sour cream mix.

Melt the butter.

Add to semolina with sour cream and stir.

The resulting dough gently to flatten the form with wet hands or wet well with a spoon. I had form - 26 cm In the original recipe - 25х20см. With a knife dipped in water, cut the pastry sheet into squares (or diamonds), decorate with almonds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg. 40 minutes.

Prepare the syrup for 5-10 minutes before end of baking test. In boiling water add sugar and bring to a boil.

Fill our hot dessert hot same syrup. Give time to steep and absorb the syrup. Bon appetit!!!
