Air bagels with cherries
These bagels were baked us Mama, I was cooking when I was in high school. I want to share with you the recipe. On the website I have never met.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Margarine

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Cherry

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Just want to warn you, as our family is small and I always slimming, but now I make bagels half of all the proposed ingredients. Shiver crumble and pour warm water or milk, add 1 tsp of sugar put in a warm place for 20 minutes, until a foam cap
