Ingredients

  • Water

    750 ml

  • Vinegar

    10 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    350 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Pumpkin

Clean the pumpkin, flesh cut into pieces the desired shape.

Water, vinegar, sugar, salt and cinnamon to boil the marinade. Boil the pumpkin until transparent. It is important not to digest, and then pieces of the "scatter".
