This year friends from all sides gave me pears, it was more likely to take action and came across a recipe for jam in the magazine. Previously never cooked anything like it, the result surprised me! They're so delicious with some bread and butter, you can also use the jam filling for pies, pies.

Cooking
Pears wash, peel and core and cut into slices.
Place the slices in a blender and grind into a puree. To shift the pear puree into a thick-bottomed pan, add sugar, water and mix well.
Bring to a boil. Boil on high heat for 10-15 minutes. Then add lemon juice. Then cooking pear jam on low heat for another 20 minutes until it becomes caramel flavor. When cooking constantly stir it to prevent it from burning.
Hot jam to put in sterilized jars. Store in a cool place.
