Mushroom soup with cottage cheese dumplings

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Semolina

    1 Tbsp

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    70 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking
