Vegetable soup with cheese
Light soup, in all senses.. is Prepared simply and quickly, and the waist is not going.. especially If the cheese is replace with soy cheese or not use at all, the soup is fine for fasting.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    150 g

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

Cooking

Potato peel, wash, cut into slices. Celery also, only the slices smaller. Fill with water two fingers above the vegetables.

When it boils, cook until soft, add the onions. Finely cut, not necessarily just for a few parts. Cook for 5 minutes.

And add broccoli. I have frozen, I thawed.

Cook on medium heat for about 30 minutes, until complete cooking of the vegetables. At the end add salt to taste, add a little (0.5 tsp.) of sugar. And squeeze the lemon juice. The crust is sent to the soup for a few minutes. Then removed.

Put the vegetables from the soup in a blender or food processor. Grind. And happy owners of a submersible blender, grind the soup right in the pot.

Return to the broth. Mix well, warm, pepper - to taste.

Cheese cut into thin strips. When serving, put a portion of cheese and you can sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and chopped lemon peel.
