Description
Potatoes baked with meatballs in the oven - a delicious and unique dish. In its preparation no big deal. This dish can be prepared as for a holiday table and casual dinner.

Cooking
For cooking I take previously boiled in their skins potatoes.
The tomato was crushed in a blender. It is better to remove their shoes, but if time is short, can not be removed. In the bucket with a thick bottom pour vegetable oil. Then pour the crushed tomatoes over there.
Add finely chopped (or grated) garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, seasoning herbes de Provence.
Gherkins cut slices. Sliced gherkins add to the bucket.
Minced meat (I just scrolled meat) salt and percu to taste, add the chopped onions, 2 tbsp milk. You can add a bit of white bread. I.e. we do the usual mince for meatballs, to which you are accustomed. Mix well minced. Form 12 meatballs, 3 pieces on each potato half.
Ladle with sauce and put on medium heat, keep for 2-3 minutes (until boiling). Then dipped in sauce meatballs. The carcass of the meatballs together with the sauce for 5 minutes. While meatballs are cooked, prepare the potatoes. Clean it and cut them lengthwise into halves. With a teaspoon remove the middle of the potato to make a boat. Put potato halves on the baking tray lined with foil and sprinkle a small amount of vegetable oil.
After 5 minutes take out the meatballs from the sauce and placed them tightly into potato halves. Then the top and sides with a spoon spread the cucumber-tomato sauce.
Put the potatoes in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then gently pull out the baking sheet and sprinkle half of the grated potatoes on a fine grater cheese.
And put again in the oven. Now for 5 minutes on high heat.
