Salad every day. Despite its simplicity, one of the most beloved. I love that all the veggies raw and not overseas, chemicals, and relatives. After the festive abundance stomach will be very happy food.

Cooking
Fresh cabbage thinly cut into strips or RUB on the shredder. Grind with salt until the juice.
Raw beets to grate. You can just to big, I prefer Berner for Korean carrot. This is the case when "size matters". My brother believes that the meats taste very different than a regular grater.
Crush the garlic through a press, add mayonnaise and mix well.
Put in a salad bowl or spread in portions, allow to stand 30 minutes and serve. Sometimes I add more carrots, but often make only with beets. Of course, mayonnaise is not too great, but with sour cream or oil I do not like. When not lazy, make the mayonnaise myself.
