Caramel out of dates
This caramel is a godsend for lovers of sweet. A great alternative to store-bought pastes and spreads. Is prepared simply, quickly and use a lot. The caramel holds its shape well, can be used as a cream for cupcakes, to decorate cakes. And also as a layer in cakes or as fills for pies and desserts. Or even just with fresh hubuska. It can be made thick or more liquid handling consistency amount of milk.

Ingredients

  • Cards

    200 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

Dates minced with butter using a blender, processor, or grinder. I use butter Ekomilk of 82.5%. The oil is of excellent quality perfect for our caramel.

Then shift into a saucepan, add milk and heat well, do not boil.

Then again grind until smooth. (At this stage you can add more milk. if you want a thinner consistency.) I also wipe weight through a sieve.

To put the caramel into a jar and store in the fridge.
