Salad
This salad I made for "Valentine's Day". He did not leave anyone indifferent of the guests. And Korean carrot gave him a bright color and taste.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    200 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Cabbage

    0.333 plug

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Lettuce

Korean carrots - I made it myself.

Whisk 2 eggs, baked in 3 thin pancakes, cut into strips.

Cut onion into half rings, pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes to allow to stand.

Chicken fillet cut and fry until cooked in a frying pan.

Stacked layers, cabbage, eggs, onions, chicken, cabbage again, on top of the carrots in Korean. Slightly flavored mayonnaise.
