Description
Lightweight, very soft sponge cake that our family is a regular guest on any holiday table. It is very good that after the festive gluttony does not burden the already overloaded stomach. And in addition, does not require too much time to cook, which is also very important in the festive rush.

Cooking
The products that we need. Vanillin at the tip of the knife before starting work put directly into sugar.
Take a big bowl, NOT ALUMINUM!!! Carefully separate the whites, ensure that not one drop of yolk were not included. Put salt on the tip of a knife, although it is to taste, but the whites with the salt is better whipped.
Proteins will beat into a soft mousse in the lush foam. Now, continuing to whisk, for 3-4 hours add the sugar. Each the next portion being added once the previous one has completely "sold".
You can now attach the egg yolks continuing to whisk, stir them well into the dough.
As well as the sugar, for 3-4 hours, add the flour, sifting it through a sieve. The whipping now not as intensive so that the flour is not scattered, but rather stirring with a whisk.
Our dough is ready! Pour it into lined with baking paper MIRACLE (I ran out, so I lined a simple missed oil). Put on a small fire for about 30 minutes. Check grandma's way readiness test (match let the air out of the dough should remain dry), if you are ready, open the "Windows" and keep on heat for another 5-7 minutes, that is cooked and brown the top.
The finished dough spread on a WOODEN Board, covered with a light absorbent cloth and be sure to cover with the same cloth (use a clean dish towel). Put in a warm place to cool down slowly. Here already cooled cake ready to smearing cream.
While our cake is baked, prepare the cream (and you can prepare the day before and refrigerate, then get even faster). The softened (but not melted!!) oil mix with condensed milk and whisk in a circular motion to the state of whipped butter. Do not stop when you have just condensed milk mixed with butter, it's not a cream!
Our well carefully cut the cooled cake into two layers and generously coat with cream. On top I put shredded prunes and sprinkled with nuts. The same is done with the second Korzh. The cake is ready! Enjoy your tea and delicious holiday!
