Brownies two ingredients
I saw this recipe in a magazine series Foodie. Despite the fact that the site has nearly a hundred brownie recipes, this one is special, in my opinion. Two simple ingredient transformed into mouth-watering chocolate treats.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

Beat eggs, gradually increasing the speed to maximum. There is an important point: you need to stir them at least 8 minutes, then finished treat will have an omelet taste. I shook for 10 minutes.

Nutella to melt in the microwave or on the stove, with intervals of 15 seconds. Each time it should be stirred with a spatula. Melted Nutella becomes fluid.

On low speed pour melted chocolate into eggs.

Stir the mixture with a silicone spatula so the chocolate remaining on the walls of the bowl, evenly dispersed in the mass. Pour into mold lined with parchment. I have it in size 12*20 cm

Bake at 180 degrees until dry matches, it took me 25 minutes. The surface of the finished brownie will seize a thin crust. During baking the product rises, and the cooling time will settle. This is normal. Allow to cool in the form, then cut into serving slices.
