Incredibly bright and easy dessert, old-school English classic with a new twist. This dessert caused a huge wave of positive vibes to their delicious taste and wonderful juicy look. If you treat them of their guests, they decide that the dessert ordered in an expensive restaurant and not cooked in a home kitchen.

Ingredients

Turn on the oven to warm up 100-110 degrees. Cooking baking paper, draw on it two circles about 16cm in diameter. So, start preparing everything you need for meringue. As whipping is better not to be distracted, all should be at hand. Proteins beat until thick foam, add salt, continuing to whisk, introduce in stages the sugar, whisk for about 10 minutes.

Then add lemon juice and beat for another 1 minute. My sugar has not completely dissolved, but it did not affect the final result.

Add shredded coconut, you can pre-grind in a coffee grinder then it will not crackle in the finished dessert. With a spatula gently stir the chips with a protein.

On the parchment crushed in circles put two layers. Remove to dry in a warm oven for 2-2.5 hours.

Next you need to prepare vanilla powder, you have two choices, grind store-bought vanilla sugar with natural vanilla. Or take the vanilla pod (well dried) and grind it up with 50g of sugar.

Next, take berries, put in a large clean bag, add a teaspoon of vanilla powder and balsamic vinegar. The package, inflate and tie. Gently turn over the pack, stirring so the berries with vanilla. Leave it to soak.

Whisk the cream to soft peaks, add a tablespoon of vanilla powder and yogurt. Give everything a good whisk together. Chocolate put in a clean tight package and melt over a warm water bath.

Assemble the dessert. Take one layer of meringue, spread on it half of the cream and half the berries in a package with chocolate make a small hole and trickle make a chocolate spiderweb on top of the berries. Put the second meringue layer and repeat the procedure.

Serve either immediately, then the meringue will be crispy. Either the request is allowed to settle in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Meringue is soaked with cream, and dessert will be just an air soft cloud. We tried both options. More like soaked dessert.
