A feature of this baklava recipe is easy to prepare and a minimum of time spent! Baklava turns out honey and gently melts...! (It is important to note that this recipe uses: soda, yeast, vinegar, etc! )

Cooking
In a bowl put the butter and sour cream and RUB with a spatula
Add flour and knead the dough
The dough will be soft and tender
Then divide it into 4 equal parts and put in the fridge, and proceed to the stuffing.
Grind the nuts and add the sugar.
Then stir and add the honey, mix again until smooth!
Next, take the 1st piece of dough, roll out and spread 1 portion of the stuffing ( the stuffing is pre-divide into 3 equal parts)
Next, take the 2nd piece of dough, roll out and put the 2nd part of the filling, and so do the 3rd piece of dough.
On top of the baklava make notches with a knife in the shape of diamonds, but do not cut through the grease and baklava yolk.
Further diamonds decorate halves nuts a little pushing in the dough! Put in oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes.
As they brown take it out and make shallow incisions in them and pour the syrup ( 2 tbsp honey and 2 tbsp of water) on top lubricated with the remaining honey. Put in oven and bake until tender 20-30 minutes.
