Description
Soft, sweet bulbs with a pleasant acidity inside, covered with dark chocolate. First time doing such sweet, great dessert, easy to prepare, easy to surprise. Can be nice to pack these candies and give them as gifts for the holidays.

Cooking
To prepare the sponge cake separate eggs into yolks and whites. Beat the yolks with the sugar until frothy. Separately, beat egg whites until stable peaks. To combine both mass.
Add the sifted flour. Mix gently with a spatula.
The form to lay baking paper, pour the batter and flatten.
Bake cake at a temperature of 180*C for 20-25 minutes. I guess you could bake any cake, at your discretion.
The cooled cake to chop into crumbs.
The cherries thaw. To postpone the berries for candies. Cherries, icing sugar and cheese together, beat with a blender.
Add the resulting sauce into crumbs. I added gradually, so as not to overdo it with the liquid. You may need more or less depending on what you will have a biscuit. Mix well.
Add a piece of soft butter. Should get a homogeneous mass.
Divide the mass into equal pieces. Berry lightly squeeze excess juice will prevent the forming of the product. Roll into balls, putting in the middle of the berry. To put the workpiece in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Chocolate melt in a water bath. You can use any favorite chocolate, without additives, always good quality. Using two forks (or any way convenient for you) to cover the balls with chocolate. On a Board lined with paper, lay out the candy. Put into the refrigerator until fully cured.
Decorate candy white chocolate. Bon appetit.
