French rolls
As stated in Wikipedia, gujari is a savory choux pastry with cheese hails from Burgundy. Unlike an ordinary choux pastry is that the cheese added to the dough. Fill the buns with toppings and enjoy the taste of French cuisine!

Ingredients

  • Water

    0.5 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    100 g

  • Potato starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Trout

    50 g

  • Cheese curd

    70 g

Mix the sifted flour and starch

In a saucepan pour water, add diced butter, put on fire and bring to a boil.

Add flour and starch, mix thoroughly, remove from heat. While stirring, cooled the dough.

Get the buns out of the oven. Fully cooled you can fill the stuffing. Cut the profiterole longwise and lay the stuffing. Burger is ready!
