As stated in Wikipedia, gujari is a savory choux pastry with cheese hails from Burgundy. Unlike an ordinary choux pastry is that the cheese added to the dough. Fill the buns with toppings and enjoy the taste of French cuisine!

The three cheese on a small grater
Mix the sifted flour and starch
In a saucepan pour water, add diced butter, put on fire and bring to a boil.
