Description
Offer to make buns stuffed with creamy cream cheese and candied mango. Really liked the design idea of pies that I found on a Japanese cooking website. Do not know if this design on the website showed, and to view all the cakes on the website is unrealistic. The pies turned out airy, and the filling is beyond delicious!

Cooking
Yeast dough I knead using a bread machine, but you can knead in the usual way. In the bucket of a bread machine pour warm water, add yeast, leave for 5-10 minutes.
Add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, 25 grams of slightly beaten eggs, softened butter, milk, vanillin.
Put the bucket in the bread machine, include the mode of kneading.
The dough place in a bowl, cover with wrap and give in a warm place to increase in volume by 2-3 times.
At this time, prepare the filling for rolls. Put in a bowl the cream cheese and powdered sugar.
To prepare the filling, I used candied mango, but you can use other candied fruit.
Cut the candied fruit finely diced
And add to the cheese mass, stir. The stuffing is ready!
Put the dough on the table, well Eminem.
Separated from the test piece weight of 170 grams. Divide remaining dough into 6 equal portions. Formed from pieces of dough balls.
Cover the dough with wrap and let it rest about 10-15 minutes.
Take one of the six equal pieces of the dough and roll out into a circle
Sculpt the rolls of the five remaining smaller pieces of dough.
Piece of dough weighs 170 grams rolled into a circle with a diameter of approximately 20 cm.
Carefully transfer the circle on the oiled baking sheet.
Put the buns on the edge of the circle (half of the buns needs to go on the dough).
Cut the circle into 6 segments, not reaching to the edge of approximately 1.5 cm.
Two segments that are opposite each other, cut another in half.
Each of the triangles just drawn and put on a bun.
It turns out that such a "crown" of rolls.
Rolls cover with foil and allow them to increase in volume by 1.5-2 times.
Carefully grease all the dough with the beaten egg.
Bake the buns in the oven at 180 degrees for about 18-22 minutes (depending on the characteristics of the oven). It turns out very tasty, believe me! Bon appétit!
