Tatar kystybyi with two kinds of fillings
Kystybyi is a Tatar national dish, and each tatarochka knows how to cook it. Kystybyi represent vegetable cakes stuffed with mashed potatoes or millet milk porridge, liberally greased with butter. It's delicious and hearty, can be served as a standalone main dish, and Breakfast is good with sweet tea, and during the day as a snack.
