Description
Once again, to reflect on the dilemma of "what to cook for dinner", came up with here's a simple, but delicious pie. Maybe he even has a analogue with the name, if Yes then tell me cooks. You are welcome to me at the light!

Cooking
I had purchased puff pastry - 2 pack, about 400 g
But the rest of the ingredients that I needed.
The pie was done in silicon form, here it is my beauty. I brag so. :-[
Let's get started. The entire volume of dough split in half, one part to roll out a rectangle in the form. Form I lightly oiled (this is her first experience :-D) and laid on the bottom layer of dough. If the form with a picture (like me), the dough is a little push hands, then to could see the picture.
Make tomatoes. Cut in half, remove the inedible "ass", then cut into halves along the thick pieces of about 1 cm like this.
Tomatoes put a dense layer on the dough. Season with a little salt, I also sprinkled curry.
Cheese (I had the easiest Russian) three on a coarse grater, sprinkle them with the tomatoes.
In a separate bowl break 2 eggs, add 2 tbsp of sour cream with the top (I have 10% fat), salt and add the chopped garlic (I RUB on a small grater).
Beat with a fork to avoid lumps...
... and evenly pour this mixture cheese.
Roll out second layer of dough, cover them with stuffing. The edges of the upper and lower layers of dough like to clip the extra off.
We put our pie into a preheated oven and bake up to readiness test, i.e., until Golden brown. If the top starts to brown to quickly, cover with foil (I always does). Cooking time depends on the oven, stay for the pie. ;-) Here's a ruddy pie turned out. Bottom view. :-)
To give the cake to cool, flip form. The view from the top. Unfortunately, the flowers on the form I'm not impressed :- (, but the taste is not affected. ;-)
Cut and eat! Very tasty and satisfying! Bon appetit! And thank you for stopping by. ;-)
