Description
I wanted the salad, Yes to mayonnaise... but that's mayonnaise-it's solid calories! Well, I decided to come up with something, and not worse, but not so rich in calories. And it worked! A delicate yogurt sauce with garlic and pickled cucumbers.. The 100 gr. - about 65 calories. And 100 gr. ready-made salad (recipe also included) - 125 kcal.

Cooking
A simple set of products for today's salad. As mentioned above, the emphasis was still on the sauce. But the salad turned out very tasty too:) the photo is missing the mustard, salt and pepper (somehow I forgot).
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, sour cream, mustard, garlic (on a fine grater, I had 2 tooth.), pickled cucumber (on a fine grater, I had 4 very small gherkin). Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Because I'm a big fan of garlic, I always put my not so little. But for me it is here - one of the main components.
For the salad, I sliced the ham, eggs and Bulgarian. pepper into thin strips, cucumber with skins removed and very coarsely cut, added corn, well, in the center - filling.
In my opinion, we've got a decent replacement for mayonnaise. Garlic and pickled cucumber add a pleasant piquancy. Well, again, that this dressing can be used for various salads. And of course, the main advantage for me - low calorie :) I Want to say that filling turns out not so little, therefore it is possible in principle and less to do depends of course on how much salad.
