Apple pie
Very often bake pies with apples. In this case, the recipe caught my attention for its unconventional approach to the preparation of the filling. Baked a pie and the result justified my expectations. The cake turned out very soft, tender and delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Sugar

    120 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pack

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Apple

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sift the flour into a deep bowl, add the components of the dough and knead it.

Divide the dough into 2 equal pieces. Cover with wrap and put in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then from one part to roll out the layer with a thickness of 8 mm. Form grease with vegetable or butter the bottom and edges of the form to lay baking paper. Put on the bottom of the first layer of dough.

Apples clear from the skin and using a tool to clean the peel from the Apple flesh cut into"petals" (thin slices)

On a layer of breadcrumbs, put less than half of Apple petals, sprinkle with sugar, if desired cinnamon

Roll out second layer of dough, put it on the Apple layer, sprinkle with the breadcrumbs and cover with the remaining Apple "petals". Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. If you're after baking, you want to sprinkle top of cake with powdered sugar, then the last layer of apples should not sprinkle with sugar.

Bake pie in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 60 minutes. Leave to cool and then remove from the mold. Optional, sprinkle sugar or icing sugar.
