A great appetizer, spicy

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    8 kg

  • Sweet pepper

    5 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 piece

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Water

    5 l

  • Salt

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    0.5 l

Cooking

Green tomatoes cut into 4 parts not to the end. Or cut into crosswise slices.

Greens, garlic, sweet and hot peppers to grind

Cook syrup, water, salt, sugar. After cooling add the vinegar. Cooling in the case that you are not going to spin.
