Soup-puree of cauliflower with beans
Very healthy and hearty soup for fans of cauliflower.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 plug

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Broth

    1.2 l

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Spices

    3 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

We will need the following products.

In a deep saucepan sauté chopped onion, garlic, coriander and mustard seeds until the onion has softened.

Add divided into small florets cauliflower, half the beans and cover with broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and leave to cook for another 15 minutes until the cabbage is tender.

Pour the soup into a blender, make a puree, pour back into saucepan and add remaining beans. A little heat and season with herbs, salt and pepper to your taste.

Serve with fresh parsley and chopped egg (1 egg for each plate).
