Boil the mushrooms for about 20-30 minutes in salted water. Add the potatoes, cut into cubes, bring to the boil. Add finely chopped carrots. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the green beans. Bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Tomato cut into cubes. Add to soup along with the zucchini. Bring to a boil. Finely chop the onion, fry it in vegetable oil. Add to the soup. Add the parsley root and celery. Switch off the stove, cover with a lid. Serve after 5-10 minutes.
