Warm salad with salmon, vegetables and
Couscous, couscous — Krupa (and dish it), the Maghreb or Berber origin. As a rule, couscous is prepared on the basis of semolina from durum wheat. If desired, in the preparation of this salad, instead of cereals, "couscous", you can use millet, barley or wheat - also turns out very tasty, quite satisfying, and at the same time not too rich! Its composition is a salad we will replace you main dish. Tasty and healthy!

  • Lemon

  • Shrimp

  • Parsley

  • Garlic

  • Black pepper

Add green beans (boiled about 7 minutes in boiling salted water and cut into 2-3 pieces), green pepper (diced), shrimp (optional) and chopped parsley.
