[b]Cooking rump "couscous"[/b]:
this rump fall asleep in boiling broth and immediately remove from heat; allow to infuse while preparing the remaining ingredients. If you cook with millet or other grains, then act depending on the required cooking time for the selected cereals.
Salmon fillet cut into large cubes
and fry in a well heated pan for about 5 minutes, adding 1 tbsp of olive oil;
salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice (1/3 part), remove from heat and add to cereal.
Add green beans (boiled about 7 minutes in boiling salted water and cut into 2-3 pieces), green pepper (diced), shrimp (optional) and chopped parsley.
Dress with the sauce prepared with olive oil, lemon juice (2/3 part) and minced garlic.
