Beef with celery in Chinese
Another dish of Chinese cuisine. Today cooking beef. Like most Chinese dishes, very quickly prepared, very flavorful and has a tender taste of meat)

Ingredients

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Carrots

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Dry white wine

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Green onions

Carrots grate on a grater for Korean salads, stalk of celery cut into small pieces, onion (I have a leek) cut

Meat cut into small thin pieces. We can say sticks

Warm up two tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Meat spread on a pan. Add the wine. And saute until the meat changes color (not white)

Once people drain the liquid and leave until in reserve. The meat and continue to sauté while stirring until it becomes dry. Add to meat sauce.. sugar, chopped garlic. Mix well

Add carrots, celery, onions, grated ginger and the liquid which is in reserve

Make the fire bigger and saute stirring occasionally until almost all the liquid evaporates. In the end add pepper
