Cocktail cucumber kvass
A refreshing cocktail that will quench your thirst in minutes.

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Brew

    200 ml

  • Salt

  • Mint

    3 sprig

  • Water, carbonated

    100 ml

Cooking

With sprigs of mint cut all the leaves and cut into small strips.

Pour sparkling mineral water.

Fill the ice cube trays. Remove in the freezer for 3-4 hours.

Cucumber RUB on a small grater.

The resulting mass is folded into a sieve and squeeze the juice with a spoon.

To the cucumber juice add yeast and salt to taste.

Ice with mint to put in the glass. I still had ice with red currants. Pour kvass with cucumber juice. Serve immediately. Have a nice stay!
