Description
Layered cocktails are so good that they can make to their own taste. Add a little more syrup or Vice versa - mineral water and ice. And sour-spicy taste of cherry and mint will cool on a hot day, and beer note will warm the cool evening... by the Way, the cocktail is soft and will not hurt no little kids, no future mums...

Cooking
First the nice - the cherries need to be cut.
Prepare the ingredients. My removed from the cherry the peduncle and ideally the bones. But if time is limited-bone can not be removed. With lemon remove the zest grater and squeeze the juice.
In the pan where we cook our syrup put sugar. Add to it the lemon juice and zest. Put on the fire.
When the sugar has dissolved and starts to turn into caramel, add beer, cherry, cinnamon stick and cloves.
And cook a thick syrup. I cooked on a cast iron wood stove on high heat and it took me 10 minutes. (for electric or gas will last longer). Give the syrup to cool.
Now collect our cocktail. At the bottom of a tall glass (I have 250 ml) pour 1-2 tbsp of syrup along with the berries. Put mint and ice. Topped up with mineral water.
