Cooking
Take organic coffee, preferably fine or medium grind. Fill with water, add the sugar. Cook it the traditional way on a small fire (of sugar you can add more, to taste of each, but it turns out the tart, bitter-sweet, the word as it should). Coffee filter after boiling again, put on fire in a pot a little bigger, as it can happen that coffee will rise. Break the chocolate into small pieces (some may leave for "sprinkling"), add coffee, bring to a boil and light foam.
Pour into ice cube trays, allow to cool a little. Roaming in the freezer. Get our "cubes-diamonds".
Next, grind everything in a blender or put all in a special shaker and grind. Pour in a stemmed glass or glass mug. Whisk in the cream, add to taste powdered sugar until fluffy foam. Spread on our coffee.
Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste, along with shavings of chocolate and you can sprinkle with coconut flakes
And naslazdaemsja! Happy holidays, my dear readers and coffee drinkers))) Yum ;)
