This cake is a gift for my dad for his Birthday. How nice frosty Christmas evening to spend in a circle of loved and loving people, and enjoy a slice of coffee and chocolate cake with a delicate chocolate taste and aroma of tart coffee.

Cooking
To measure all the required ingredients.
Coffee mix with milk and dissolve the cocoa powder, whisking (with a whisk or a blender).
Enter the eggs one at a time, each time stirring well.
Enter the sifted flour and baking powder.
Add coffee-chocolate mixture.
The oven to preheat to 175 degrees. Shape with a diameter of 20 cm, the bottom lay a baking paper. Divide the dough evenly and bake in two identical forms (or alternately) 40-45 minutes. Readiness biscuit check wooden skewer (a torch or toothpick).

For impregnation of coffee, add hot water and sugar.
Soak each cake impregnated (two internal layers impregnated with two sides). Collect the cake, accurately each cake with cream (one-third creams to write on the plaster of the cake).
To smear the cake on the sides and top and align it (using a scraper or spatula).
For the chocolate decoration, melt the chocolate (in a water bath or in the microwave). Personally, I melt the chocolate on the electric stove in a small saucepan on the lowest power. To put the chocolate into a well-chilled cake. Ready to decorate the cake at your discretion. I used chocolate chips, raspberries, coffee beans. For the chocolate shavings melted chocolate poured on a smooth surface (I have a silicone pastry Mat) and let it fully harden. Then with a knife to remove shavings.
