Cooking

Add the refined oil with the orange juice and zest (usually the juice of mandarins. I strongly suggest to try it with tangerine juice!), continuing to whisk.
Carefully enter the sifted flour with baking powder and coconut flakes. Spread the batter in the cake tin predvaritelno lubricated with oil, the bottom sprinkle lightly with flour. On top of the dough sprinkle strategem.
Put to bake cupcake in preheated oven. Bake at 180 deg. to clean the torch. The finished cake to turn on the grill, allow to cool. The cake is similar to sponge cake in texture. You can use this dough for cake (bake in a round form size 20-22 cm)
