From sea buckthorn juice make excellent preparations for the winter and, as a byproduct, it remains cake. Offer a simple recipe of homemade oil, infused sea buckthorn pomace. This healthy, flavorful oil is perfect for salad dressings, bread baking and other applications on request!

Cooking
The berries are separated from twigs, wash them and dry.
Of berries squeeze the juice and remove it from the cake. To facilitate the process, the berries can be ground in the bowl of a food processor, then RUB through a sieve.

The whole cake immediately placed in 3-liter jar and add 2 liters of oil. I took sunflower unrefined. Close the lid, select the start date of the process and put in a dark place. You can just put in a dark bag or wrap a dark cloth. Sea buckthorn leave mixture at room temperature for a month and a half, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon.
The oil then strain through several layers of cheesecloth, pour into bottles and the oil is ready!
