Soup Caesar salad with tomato-garlic toasts and Basil
Courage and arrogance, called this a soup by the name of the world famous salad because of the similarity of ingredients. Broth from chicken breast, seasoned with no fat yogurt, cabbage, white chicken meat - all this together gives a feeling of lightness and tenderness. And tomato-garlic note in the toast complemented the soup piquancy. And all together it is quite satisfying, and at the same time without excess fats and calories.

Pour the soup into a bowl. Add half of the egg, maslinka, sprinkle with grated cheese, put a sprig of Basil, the remaining pieces of the tomato to chop and sprinkle on top of soup. Season with ground pepper. Serve with toast. PS the Soup is not subject to long-term storage. A night in the fridge will survive, but no more. Has the ability to flake off. Do not stir with a ladle and shake the pan in a circular motion. Serve piping hot not worth it, this is not Ukrainian borsch, enough to slightly above average temperatures.
