Description

Invigorating cocktail of pomegranate and pear
This sweet refreshing drink with a spicy touch has powerful antioxidant properties and is an excellent source of vitamin C.

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    1 cup

  • Garnet

    1 piece

  • Carnation

    0.25 tsp

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Tonic

    300 ml

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

1. Clear garnet, pear cut into small pieces. A few grains to leave for decoration.

2. Pour the cloves into a carafe and pour a teaspoon of boiling water.

3. Skip the pomegranate seeds and pear slices through the juicer.

4. Pour the juices into a jug, add honey and lemon juice and put into the fridge for 2 hours.

5. Pour into glasses and add ice.

6. Slowly pour in the tonic. Be careful, it will foam.

7. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve.
