It seems to me that the shrimp salad - a classic for a romantic dinner. I love warm salads. The salad we ordered with my husband in his favorite coffee shop "Pazzo" in our Seaside capital of Vladivostok. The menu indicated that the filling "chef's", and its composition is not disclosed, but I imagine her as described in the recipe.

Cooking
Lettuce, celery and cherry tomatoes wash, dry paper towel. Lettuce tear or cut arbitrarily. Celery cut crosswise stripes. The cherry tomatoes cut in half.
Make the dressing. Mix the soy sauce of Kikkoman, dry white wine, Tabasco and olive oil.
Gently mix the lettuce, celery, cherry tomatoes and top with seasoning. Put on a serving dish.
Garlic cut into thin slices. On the hot pan pour oil, put the garlic and bring to a light scent.
For this recipe it is better to take raw shrimp. But we are somehow rare in the far East. So I got a large cooked frozen shrimp. Clean thawed shrimp and fry 1 minute in garlic oil, not more, as the shrimp will become rubbery. If you have (as expected) raw shrimp, they also peel, leaving the stems and sauté in garlic butter for 10 minutes on both sides.
Fried shrimps put on top of salad.
Podrumyanivaya pine nuts on a dry pan.
Top salad sprinkled with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with pine nuts. Serve immediately when ready. Bon appetit!
