Salad with sardines and garlic croutons
The salad is the Bomb! Well, just very, very tasty! I haven't met anyone who wouldn't like it! Perfect as a snack: you can make a batch feed or serve in a salad bowl. The products are all quite affordable and almost always have on hand.

Ingredients

  • Sprats

    1 can

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Dill

    3 sprig

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Quail egg

    4 piece

  • Shallots

    1 piece

Beets and eggs to boil. Quail eggs clean and pour 1 tbsp of soy sauce. You can omit this step, or you can replace the quail eggs. I give the original recipe.

Sprats to open, drain the oil into a separate container. Add grated garlic (or through press) chopped dill.

Add the mayonnaise.

And 1 tbsp soy sauce Cccamp. Mix well. This is the dressing for our salad.

Bread cut into triangles or stripes. I left large pieces of bread for an individual serving.

Fry until zolotisty. Or dry in the oven.

To water obtained croutons dressing (not all). Allow to absorb.

Beet and cucumber cut into thin strips, shallots half-rings, eggs, finely chopped.

Mix the ingredients received. Add sprats (if large - cut in half, I have a small - I just cut off the tail). Pour the remaining dressing.

Add croutons, decorate with halves of quail eggs.
